I purchased the bundle with the maschine 3 update but only the maschine 3 does not show up in native access please help

I purchased the Maschine 3.0 upgrade. I've installed Maschine Central. Am I waiting on another software/ serial to be sent to me to install? I can't launch Maschine 3.0. I see no indication of a Maschine 3.0 on my PC. What to do from here. Thanks!
I merged the two threads since its the same issue, for some people it takes a bit for the license to show up, for example:

Can you please verify: Is it two separate downloads? One is Maschine Central and one is Maschine 3.0? Is that correct??
Should be, Maschine Central seems like an Expansion or Library like any other, while MAS-V3 is the actual software/plugin.
I don't have mine yet to 100% confirm, but 99.99% sure. Lets wait and see if someone else can confirm.
Also search here and see if anything "Maschine 3" is listed under "unregistered" :

Also, the behavior of Maschine Central in Maschine 3 is that of an Expansion or previous Maschine Library. I do NOT see a Maschine 3 Library but can access all previous Maschine Libraries.
Thank you. I finally understand what's going on. It's a major delay in the issuing of the serials/ granting of the software. It will probably populate tonight or tomorrow. What a convoluted process to navigate. They really need to eliminate all this bloat and simplify their programs. I really wish I had gone another route, but I'm pretty invested at this point. Not happy with the customer support at all.
DOESN'T WORK! I PURCHASED THE UPDATE INSTALLED IT, AND NOW IT SHOWS ITS RUNNING AS A DEMO. WHAT DID I JUST SPEND $99 FOR JUST TO GET A DEMO VERSION??? DISAPPOINTING NI I NEED THIS FIXED ASAP!
I put the serial in and it said something about not having the base bundle installed, which is crazy.

Yes, most likely backend issues on NI's side. Im sure tomorrow @Jeremy_NI will have news about the problems. NI usually fixes such issues rather fast… thankfully they didn't release this on a Friday or it would be caos.
Caps lock aint gonna help.. I undertand that buying something new and having to wait while excited is a bummer tho!
From your profile it says you got an M+, is the M+ even a qualifiable base product for V2 to V3 upgrade if v3 doesn't work on the M+ yet? Honestly I don't know.
I have a bunch of Maschine licenses (Studio, Mk3, M+) and for whatever reason it's detecting my lowest one, the Mikro. My account is a bit atypical so not sure his proves anything.
Maschine 3.0 shouldn't be an issue for the Plus if I'm using it as a controller. Maschine 3.0 is about the software and so I should have no issue updating it. I qualified for the bundle update price, so I also shouldn't have an issue with not having the base bundle, either. I'm just confused at this point.
Oh, right… If where for me it says Mikro Mk3 for you said M+ then it's the servers/backend that checks for what qualifies for what that is bugged. We will know tomorrow.
I'm having the same issue. Spent way too much time trying to get it to work today, but since others are having the same issue, I guess it's widespread and will get corrected soon. They are already starting off on a bad foot though.
i have the same problem with an MK3, i have the purchase confirmation, the serial, but i can't get maschine in native access...it's a bad start !!!( on osx )
Good morning everyone, there is indeed an issue with some of the serials. It seems that for some the Maschine Central is missing and for others, the Maschine 3 software is the one missing. Customer care is on it. Will update this thread as soon as we get more information.
@mrcausey and other affected users maybe, Maschine 3.0 requires MacOs 13 as a minimum. That's why you're not seeing it in Native Access.
