Trying to re-install Maschine MK2 on an older iMac running macOS Mojave v 10.14.6

I am getting an error stating that the MASCHINE libraries did not load. How do I reinstall the system software. The installer will not load on this older machine.

Unfortunately - you need to use a supported OS and the latest version of Native Access.

Thanks - I was able to get the main application Maschine 2 reloaded. My sound libraries did not reload. Why is there not a phone number for Native Instruments. Please help.
