How to create custom MIDI Templates with Kontrol S MK3

I don’t know if I missed this earlier in the thread, but since MW and pedal controls got reassigned to individual MIDI maps, my MW is no longer being recognized in all instruments. Even in the Default MIDI Map, and I checked to make sure the MW is associated to CC1. Anyone have an idea what’s wrong?

What size and format picture do you use for adding a picture to your template. I am using JPEG but keep getting an error that the resolution is wrong.

I have a question regarding program change. I mentioned it briefly in another post and also in the comments to the (great) Youtube video with Matt. He (or whoever from NI answers the YT videos) suggested to post it in this forum as this is something "We'll need to have a closer look at this". And to contact the support team directly. Here it is:

I am able to set up an incremental increasing or decreasing program change. But according to MIDI spec this works only for the first 128 presets. If I want to switch to the 129th or further I need to do a bank select with MSB and LSB (CC#0 and CC#32), as far as I have understood the spec. My question is, how to program such a bank select in the template. I've tried a few constellations but was never successful. Or is there another way/workaround to be able to switch through hundrets of presets of a softsynth?

Another use case for NRPN, Msb/Lsb.

Please make this happen. It is not a niche request, it’s fairly standard with hardware synths. Without it you get severe stepping on parameters at best, no control at all at worst.
Kontrol MK3 is the only Midi keyboard in the +$200 price range that doesn’t have it that I know of (Arturia, Maudio, Akai, etc…)

HUGE thumbs up to this idea. I had hoped for it on the previous version (Mk2) and would love to see it for Mk3.

NI should have updated KomKontrol when they released this keyboard. There are so many ways I could think of how Kontrol and the keyboard could interact - especially when making Custom MIDI Templates. Why not just have a Custom MIDI Template creator within Kontrol, where you could even add pictures within the plugin.
