Kontrol S61 stuck on "Add your serial" screen
I have looked through all the guides, but can't seem to find a way to get past the screen that says about adding the serial number! It says the product is now registered to my account, but nothing I try seems to get past this.
Any help would be massively appreciated!

Do you have the "Hardware Connection Service" installed from Native Access? Pretty sure that I had a similar problem until I installed that.

Yeah i have that installed, but when i go to update firmware, it doesn't seem to recognise my PC as having any firmware to update

I have already tried all the solutions given on that link and still nothing!
The drivers don't seem to be on my PC but I'm on the most recent windows update and haven't found a download to install them manually
