Has the Issue of NA not showing purchased instruments been solved?

I bought two instruments and only one will show up.

Ashlight showed up but not Kithara.

I did all the stuff it says to do in the Fac but still no Kithara.

Support is impossible to get to.THIS SUCKS!!! Support for a company this size should be easy to find and use!

Using NA v1 - is a dead end. You will never see Kithara there.

You will need to address the latest Native Access (3.14.0) for any chance at getting it sorted.

And hopefully you are not on Sequoia - none of the NI products are supported under that yet.

What version of NA are you using? And is Kontakt 8 installed? Kithara requires this.

NI is version 1.14.1.156 and I'm using Kontakt 8.

I tried to install the latest NA but it would not install. It just kept spinning like it was doing something but for an hour. It would never finish installing.

I'm on a brand new Mac Studio with 192G of ram and M2 chip.

The problem is that Kithara doesn't even show up in NA Ashlight was in NA right after I bought them both.

I’ll try it tonight.
