An update solved the problem of sampler loading error, but this time the loading was normal. However, the second time I clicked Edit Instrument to open Komplete Kontrol, I found that it turned into a black misoperation interface.

Did this error occur before you updated to Sequoia? Note that Sequoia is not yet supported, so although unlikely it is possible that's at fault here.
Before this, I was unable to load the sampler, but now it can be loaded. However, when I close the page and reopen it, it turns black again. Previously, I wouldn't have clicked on "Edit Instrument" again to open the interface and programming was completely black.
