Native Access won't activate Kontakt or any other program out of demo mode on m3 sonoma

Every time i click activate it just opens native access and nothing happens. My products are there but they don't seem to gain authorization. I open all the VSTS from komplete and this is the case. They will not activate. Native Access has full disk permission activated as do all the VSTs. So i have no clue why this is happening.

    Sorry for the issue.

    Would you mind sending a screenshot of the error page that you are getting? Which specific products are affected in this situation? Are they installed? Do you have the full license of them?

    Please let me know about these informations so I can help you further to solve that.

    I am also having this problem! There is no error…when I open Kontakt 5 on my M2 Ultra sonoma then my newly installed kontakt apllications all say Activate. So I click it and it takes me to Native access with no change…

    Hello MikeOz, this issue is related to the compatibility.

    Please note that Kontakt 5 is not supported officially on M1 machines. We have a workaround that you can attempt to apply, however please note that we do not offer support for this workaround. 

    Kind regards

    1. Go to the following location: 
      Macintosh HD > Library > Preferences
    2. Delete the "com.native-instruments.Kontakt 5.plist" file
    3. Restart your computer
    4. Download, install and open NA 3.2.3 via this link:
      https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Q_5vqNiYWnI8zGBZABOKIAqhl4pqppOz/view?usp=share_link
    5. Install Kontakt 5
