Traktor Pro 4 issues with Kontrol F1

After more then 10 years satisfied working with Traktor, I payed and downloaded to update my version Pro 3 to Pro 4.

All the settings from version 3 were duplicated to version 4 and everything works perfect, except the Kontrol F1. When I push a button to start a sample in the remixdeck, it will start but the sound is not always there. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't, it's not trustworthy and not usable for live gigs!

When I go back to Pro 3 with the same settings everythings works well!

I tried on many platforms to get a solution for this, can't reach a member of the support group, chat doesn't work, no mail adress available… what to do next?

Yes this is a known issue with TP4. Other people have raised this. Not fun at all, but here we are. I've raised a ticket and they're working on it but have provided no timeframe for a fix :-(

Thats what i am doing since release day of TP4 and don't forget to ask NI to refund your payment.

They'll get it fixed priority. It's too big a bug to just ignore, right? Don't fret. Nobody is keeping you from using the last workable version until then. We all know that every big piece of software has bugs after a major update, no matter the size of the company behind it. That is the nature of the beast.

Hello All,

I too am an F1 user. If it's not too much trouble, can someone point me to info on reverting to a previous version of Traktor (Mac User)? I'm only seeing the LE version in Native Access. The last full version I had was Scratch Pro 2 and the F1 was working fine there.

For me this issue is not specific to the F1. Using the mouse to start a remix sample directly in Traktor Pro 4 also work intermittently.
