How to download my library into vst

I bought electric sunburst for 99 usd. I have not a single clue how to use it in my vst. I can not comprehend. I dont know how to ask this in any more detail. Where is electric sunburst in my fl studio. I have kontakt 7 i can simply not figure it out. Help please.

Also it says that the files belong to a library thats not installed yet
