native access for older OS

Good Day Community

Recently I refurbished my mac (MBP15.4/2.6/8GB/512GBFlash) to be able to use my old Audio 10 with TraktorScratch. This MacBookPro can run at max MacOS Catalina (10.15). I have also a Legacy Denon Mixer which I wanted to use in this context. As The Mixer supports only up to El Capitan (OS X 10.11.6) I searched the compatibility with Traktor. Therefore I installed El Capitan (OS X 10.11.6) on the MBP and it runs so far fine. Then I downloaded from this Native page (https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/de/articles/210294645-Traktor-Pro-Installationsdateien-f%C3%BCr-%C3%A4ltere-Betriebssysteme) the corresponding installation files. The installation of the Software works. As soon I want to start Traktor I need to authenticate with Native Access. Clicking on Native Access button starts Native Access and wants to connect. In Native Access I get the failure message: "No compatible update found" "Download failed" "Please check your internet connection and try again….". The connection to the internet is fine as I can browse.

It seems to me that Native Server side is not active or doesn't respond…? The fact is that I cant use my A10 without activation of the software. As this hardware/software is from 2012 I wonder what I can do to be able to use it.

Any idea?

Some facts:

Traktor buyed in 2012

OS 10.15 Catalina was also tryed out but with the same respond message.

Be aware that this OS does not have the Private-Relay function in it.

I remember that in 2012 the service center was in use and not native access. An older version then referred in the link was not tested as I don't have the files.

No Support Contact anymore to Native Instruments?

All your contributions might help and therefore I would appreciate your support. Thank you very much in advance!
