I have since one week an new S88 MK3.

And it works fine. Installation was OK . And all the other new things works fine.

And I have got 2 vouchers. But there is not anny Kontakt Instrument that works with these vouchers. Wat is going wrong?

The conditions of these vouchers usually exclude already reduced products. As there is now Summer of Sound sale: Many - in some categories all - products are reduced right now. Try again after July 8th the last day of current sale. The vouchers should work then.

I got this from support a couple weeks ago:

"The voucher code that comes with the S-Series Keyboards is valid for a single NI-owned Kontakt instrument priced below 499 USD/EUR on the NI Online Shop. It cannot be used for updates, upgrades, crossgrades, edu licenses, hardware, NKS partner products, or Komplete bundles and upgrades/crossgrades.

So, I don't exactly understand how the vowcher works. By how much does the vowcher reduce the cost of a product? Thank you so much!

It would be nice if you provided some information and context…

What kind of voucher do you have? Did you buy some hardware, software, what?

Is it a voucher with monetary value or a percentage discount?

If it's monetary then it reduces the cost by the amount on the voucher.

If it's a percentage then it reduces the cost by that percentage.
