Yes, as seen under the column 'Legendary synthesizers':

so if fm8 is being includ3c why hasn’t it been updated with a modern gui? I can barely see it on a 4K monitor?

If you want people to pay the upgrade shouldn’t ALL the products be better than last years versions?

I would find it helpful if the "Included Products" chart highlighted what was new in Komplete 15.

Also, noticed some products are missing from Komplete 14 like the Scarbee Electric Pianos. (I see there are new Electric Pianos and I might even like them more) but I was wondering if I would lose the Scarbee Instruments (and anything else no longer in the bundle) if I upgraded from 14 to 15.

None of the OG NI instruments from yesteryear (FM8, Battery 4, Reaktor - even Massive X) - are getting any new treatment. That has been known for years.

These are all "as is". Take em or leave em.

@chadmtl I'd expect a proper comparison and/or "what's new for you" page once Komplete 15 actually releases. Right now, it's just a single page for all versions and the individual version pages aren't up yet.

Even if a product may no longer be included: If you own it already throught a past purchase, you will still own it after updating/upgrading.

As an owner of both Collectors Edition and the Izotope Mastering suite already, this is not great value for money.

Basically I get 1 major update (Kontact 8 - though how major it is waits to be seen), 1 synth update (Massive X) and a few plugins for $750 Australian dollars.

Underwhelming in the extreme and less again than we've seen in the past.

Well - what is underwhelming to you might just be a gold mine for others. Like me - LOTS of new stuff between my K14 ULT and K15 ULT upgrade to enjoy.

No need to complain about something that no one is forcing you to buy.

Kontakt 8, some new libraries. OK, will update when there's 50% offer (Black Friday or something…).

Sad about Reaktor demise and "Legendary Synths", but I was pointing out before, that NI is moving towards being sample content company. So no big surprise, at least for me.

I can dig the Neutron pre-order incentive along with the upgrade to Ozone.

Very curious if this Massive X update will included the much requested custom wavetable import…

    What Massive X update?

Saw a reference somewhere earlier today saying Massive X was untouched.

No indicator anywhere that I could find that this is “updated” in any way.

On the new Komplete 15 promo page, to me, it implies something is coming or changing. Otherwise, why list Massive X there and say "rethought, rewired, and reincarnated"? Is this just a promo for those that do not have X yet and comparing it to the old massive? I am not sure. Maybe I am just interpreting that wrong:

    https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/komplete/komplete-15/

    Massive X

Rethought, rewired, and reincarnated for the next decade of sound, Massive X lets you create any sound imaginable. This next-generation, polyphonic wavetable synthesizer comes loaded with bass, pad, lead, and special effects presets – and has all you need to craft your own from scratch.

The general consensus in all the K 15 reviews I have seen is that it is nothing but promo to get people into Massive X.

The way this is written is clever - they had to snaz it up somehow.

Let's be honest - is there was anything new for Massive X - it would have been on display in this new promo video:

Komplete 15 is available to pre-order | Native Instruments (youtube.com)

Now I know it's only a minute but it's heavy on new features for Kontakt 8 but not a molecule of Massive X here.

Happy to be wrong here but I do not think I am.

I wonder if there'll be a grace update for Kontakt 8? I just finally upgraded to Kontakt 7 a couple months ago.

The 50% discount on Komplete 15 will be next Summer of Sound sale in 2025; it has been the norm for many years. There are usually no discounts given for major version updates in the year that it is first released.
