Almost a guaranteed no - as Titan 2 was released in 2015 - well before any thoughts about NKS.

Looking at their website it doesn’t even support VST3
It says it runs in Kontakt. I am guessing it wouldn't act like a regular Kontakt library? I have purchased Kontakt libraries in the past and just installed them, navigating them using KK. But those were just NKI files. Thanks for all the help. I appreciate both your efforts.
Where does it say that? From the website it looks more like it runs in their own plugin Engine, can’t see it mention Kontakt here unless that was changed?

It says you have to register for an account with NI on something there, just can't remember what. Maybe I am thinking of the listing on VST Buzz. That's where I was going to get it from. They're going out of business.
