Loading Issue with NI Product - Komplete Kontrol

I have got a general question regarding installing a new product NI. I have bought lately 3 NI product Session Horns/Scene-Saffron/Glaze2. When I try to open them in Komplete Kontrol it shows the message Loading Issue - Could not load Plug-in. Could you please help me to resolve this problem. Cezary

    I hope you are well. I woiuld like to let you know all is now perfectly working after you told me to update Kontakt 7. I will pay more attention on updates in the future. Thank you very much for your patience and huge help.

    Well, cold you give some more details? What's your operating system? Have you installed Kontakt? Are the libraries showing in Kontakt in standalone?

    Hi Jeremy thank you for your respond. My system is Windows 11 Home. I have Native Access and Kontakt Kontrol for some years now and I am familiar with this.

    I bought Utopia and other programs previously and these worked straight away however this time only Saffron and Glaze2 did not work. I assume this is related to file path but I am not sure where to start. I would appreciate any help regarding this. Cezary

    What version of Kontakt do you have installed on your system? You can click on the NI logo to find out.

    If you try to load plug-ins from the left drop down menu, can you see & load the plug-ins?

    Have you tried to hit Rescan here?

    Hi Jeremy, I have done some jobs updated Kontakt Kontrol from previous 3.0.3 to 3.3.2 and I rescaned plug-ins as well. Good new Session Horns I bought lately is working perfectly however for some reason I still have a problem with Glaze2 and Saffron. When I try to click on one of the sounds of Glaze2/Saffron it shows again the message. All other programs work perfectly.

    @cezary What version of Kontakt are you using? Glaze 2 requires Kontakt 7.6 and Scene Saffron requires 7.10.5.

    Hi Jeremy,

    I have got Komplete Kontrol Version 3.3.2, Kontakt 6 Player Version 6.8.0 and Kontakt 7 version 7.7.1

    Then it would be a good idea to update Kontakt 7 to the latest 7.10.6 in Native Access.

    You should go to Native Access and check for updates in Native Access, sometimes you need to refresh Native Access:

    Is the update not showing?
