Today I'm turning to you because, after half a year, I'm pretty pleased with your Native Access 2. Guys, I've been a customer of yours for a quarter of a century now, for thousands of deutschmarks and Euro's Plugins, Komplet Kontrol and KOMPLETE AUDIO 2 bought through my dealer..., but what's going on at the moment (and it HAS been going on for a long time...) is updating a plugin in Native Access... what I've updated it x times before, but it doesn't work like that :-( It just doesn't work anymore !!! :-(( The same message always comes up as soon as an update is made for a plug-in (which has been on my computer for a long time). message is available; update failed, previous version of "etc. PlugIn" could not be uninstalled. You can find more information in our KNOWLEDGE BASE. Are you kidding us? You will immediately provide an error message Solution, using the NI Uninstall Reg Tool program...which doesn't work either...And there are even more that are affected by it. I then tried what you suggested. I uninstalled a plugin... and nothing happened. On the contrary, now I can't even use the plugin anymore because it can't be reinstalled. Grrrr ;-(( I haven't done anything to the plugins or moved any of my Native Instrument plugins, everything has been the same for me for years, it's been in the same place since I've had to work with Native Access installed in the same path. Now I just don't come across any AI-generated software that wants to tell me something....!! If you don't have a solution, the Native Access program doesn't work perfectly again and I just use all of my Plugins can be updated, I will no longer buy anything from Native Instruments.
