First off,I havent used any of my equipment for a long time. I wanted to sign in and reinstall my traktor software to DJ. Mind you, I forgot my password so i go to the native instrument website to change my password and then when i got back to native access it wont allow to sign in. I put on the new password and it the window shakes and doesn't allow me to log on.I have an apple macbook so I dont know if its different but when the login window pops up it doesnt give me the option to change password as well as my username is autofilled to my full name. Can anyone give me any insight or advice on what to do??
