TRAKTOR KONTROL S8 screen not working

I have a TRAKTOR KONTROL S8 while using it the left hand side screen went white, all controls still work but now I have no wave form or anything showing, the right hand side is still working as normal. I have tried turning it off and on, but no luck. This has happened right after upgrading to Traktor 4, but I'm not sure if it is related. Is this a hardware issue? Is there anything I can try to fix it?

Completely white screen has always been a malfunctioning device to my knowledge.

Also, have you updated to the latest version (4.0.2) already?

ok thanks, yes I'm currently on version 4.0.2 13, do you think moving back to Traktor 3 resolve my issue?

I believe it would solve it yes, at least in the meantime.

I have tired using Traktor 3 instead, but the screen is still plain white. Maybe its a physical hardware issue
