Traktor 2 Software does not start

Hello guys,

I installed the traktor 2 software on my new windows computer via native access. However, the traktor software does not start. Neither when I try to open the programm at the desktop nor via native access. I don't know what to do. I tried to reinstall it plenty of times. When I tripple click on traktor it shows the following error: "Traktor could not initialize. Another instance is probably running!". I don't get it. I shut down every other programm.

Does anyone got a solution for this? On my old computer this problem never showed up.

    Have you tried to run it as administrator?

    In the properties of the .EXE file, in the "compatibility" tab, there is an item "run this program as an administrator". Turn on this item.

    Hey, thanks for the advice. Unfortunately does it not change anything. Tried it before and turned on the item you suggested now too. Really frustrating.
