cant update my kontrol s49 mk3? (MacOS 12)

when I tried to update the firmware for my kontrol s49 mk3 i got the message: ! look like something went wrong.

please re-run the update on your computer, get help at ni.de/kontrol-help

so i did and yet my controller not even work.

  God bless you all. I tried a hub a while ago and all worked now. Thank you all for your support. Now I can enjoy my keyboard kontrol s49 n.
