How to merge two Native Instrument accounts
I have two accounts and didnt realize that til now. I need to merge them because i bought a new computer and am using it strictly for music. I wanted to transfer but there a certain purchases i've made that say non transferrable. Can I just merge the two accounts? Please help, the link i saw posted from last year meets a error window.

If you have several accounts attached to different emails, my colleagues can merge the accounts, feel free to contact them here: https://bit.ly/n1acc

This is something you'll need to talk to support about if you have non-transferrable licences. You can get to account support here, then go through the chatbot to get to a support person - Account Support – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com)

Concerning non transferable.
If you have registered HW that comes with bundled SW, this SW is marked as non-transferable. But, if you transfer HW to other account that account also receives bundled SW that comes with HW (at least in most cases), bundled SW also stays on old account.
Another case when SW is non-transferable is if it has been registered within 2 (or 3 months - I am ot sure) ago. In that case one may wait till 2/3 months passes or ask Support for manual licence transfer.
Third case may be SW that has been given by NI as gift for free.
I am not sure, if it is possible to merge two accounts. I doubt it, but maybe if you ask….
