Extracting Maschine kit patterns (without Maschine 2 software)

I can midi drag & drop Maschine klt default patterns into my DAW from the Maschine 2 software. But what about NI Expansion purchasers that don't have a Maschine device or Maschine 2 software?

They can load kits in Battery, but how do they get he default patterns?

I saw some suggestion in another post but the link was dead.

    Go to the Samples folder for the Expansion - you can find wav versions od Drums/Combo etc...

    Samples > Loops > Construction

    That’s nice, didn’t know.

    Also there are a couple of websites and apps around which allow to convert NI Expansions to Akai MPC Expansions and Ableton Live kits IIRC.

    Yes I've used conversion apps myself……..but they don't convert the patterns or example projects.

    They're in a Maschine specific format, so to convert you'd need to load them into Maschine software and export to MIDI.

    The Construction folder has exported audio loops, if thats good enough for you than it's the simpler path.

    If you want the MIDI data it's as PK said.

    I'm not a 100% this would work but you can try to download the most recent legacy Maschine version since they're freely available here, since you don't own it it will be stuck in "Demo Mode" if demo allows MIDI export you can just use that.
