Native Access (Windows 11) 3.11.1 stuck on "Loading products"

Ok i might have another possible solution.
First of all, lets clear something:
Be sure that you are running Native Access version 3.11.1
Outdated versions could be the root cause of the “Loading Products” issue!Now, lets clear corrupted local data
Sometimes it is possible that the problem can be caused by corrupted local data.
So, you need to clear then, in order for NA runs properly. This is how to do it:-Close Native Access.
-Then right-click on your taskbar and open Task Manager.
-Find NTKDaemon, right-click on it and click "End task".
-Now, navigate to C:\Users\your_user_name\AppData\Roaming\Native Instruments folder on your computer and delete the entire Native Access folder!
-Restart your computer (or the NTKDaemon service) and only then start Native Access (if you start it without the NTKDaemon service started you will see the "Installing dependencies" message and the whole process will take much longer 😉)
Note: this solution is untested! I never did it since i don't have such issue with NA, but it might work!
Worst case scenario, you will just need to reinstall Native Access…0 -
Thanks Sunborn, I tried your latest solution, but I am getting the same issue, it is getting stuck at Loading Products!! :(
Now I am trying my old solution - Disable full screen optmoptimization - That is also not working now,
Today I opened NA twice. But it feels like hit or miss. It's such a painful position to be in. You never know when NA will open…..now it has gone back to the same problem no matter whatever I try….

UPDATE - I created a support ticket on this issue. They sent me the version 3.8.0 which is working at my end and I am downloading a product too! Which is a big relief!
(I still did all the above things which I mentioned in my previous posts - Compatibility - Check "Disable Fullscreen optmisations", etc)
Thanks NI Support. Let's all hope they resolve all the issues related to NA!
Their new mergered company Plugin Alliance has the perfect & stable Plugin/Download Manager. Maybe they should get PA team's help to revamp NA!

Just a query, there is no difference in downloaded content in different versions of NA, right? I am downloading the products from NA 3.80 (Which they say is a downgrade) so it won't affect the product's content right?

Nope, there is no difference in downloaded content in different versions of NA, you will get the same versions as with the latest NA version :-)

Hello guys, if you are having a stuck on "Loading Products" page, please try this workaround:
For Win:
First please delete the User Registry entries of Native Access and the NTKDaemon:
- Click the Windows Start button at the bottom left side of your screen.
- Type "regedit" into the search field, then press Enter to open the Windows Registry Editor.
- In the Registry Editor, navigate the folder structure to this location and locate the folder for the NI product that is crashing:
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Native Instruments >
- Delete the "Native Access" and the "NTK" entries
Next please clear the Native Access cache by deleting the following folders:
- Click the Windows Start Button on the bottom left of your screen.
- Type %localappdata% and press Enter.
- This will open the following folder location: C: > Users > *Your User Name* > AppData > Local
- go into the Native Instruments directory and delete the "Native Access" and the "NTK" folders
For Mac:
First please clear the Native Access cache by deleting the following folders:
- Navigate to the following location: Macintosh HD > Users > your username > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments
- Delete the "Native Access" and the "NTK" folders
Next please delete the UserUser plist of Native Access and the NTKDaemon:
- Navigate to the following location: Macintosh HD > Users > your username > Library > Preferences >
- Delete the com.native-instruments.Native Access.plist and com.native-instruments.NTKDaemon.plist
- restart your computer
