Each time I login to Native Access it asks to relocate/repair about 25 of my libraries . I have all my libraries on an external SSD drive and Native Access asks to relocate/repair each time I reconnect the drive. Should I delete all NI preferences and reinstall ?

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

If you have granted full disk access to all the N.I. apps and NTKDaemon then immediately to me it sounds like a problem where something in the OS changes every time that you dis-connect or reconnect the drive. But I will have to call for Mac expert @Jeremy_NI could you please share you wisdom and insight here ?

Hi - thanks for your help . Full access was enabled for NI apps & NTKDaemon. I'm also getting notifications to update libraries, even if they've been already been updated. Also experiencing extremely slow download times and downloads stalling . All these problems started with the latest version(s) of Native Access . I'm going to try wiping my MacBook and SSD drive and start from scratch to resolve this, if and when Nat Access is fixed.

You can try NATIVE ACCESS 3.8.0 (in case of a download problem then try log in to Google)

Thanks for your help - the older version of NA fixed the problem 🙏🙏

Native Access is pointing to an external drive that I was using on my initial download of the software library. Unfortunately, that drive has been reformatted. I have since changed drives to internal. The new drive location has been changed in preferences to reflect the new location. I have several "Repair" and "Install" statuses in my library. The issue is that they are all still pointing to the external drive. I have tried all methodologies from NI with no success. The NI Uninstall RegTool doesn't even show the files in question in it's utility list. Is there any way to gain access to the file that is causing these packs to point to the old directory and delete it so these packs are freed up to install in the new file location? Many have done this successfully in my Ultimate version. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Well…almost … NA keeps updating to 3.11. so I have to keep dragging 3.8.0 into Apps folder. 🙁
