Native Access

Am I the only one who's Native Access no longer works following the latest update? I updated some things using the previous version, and it told me it would update after closing, which it did, but now hangs on "Loading Products". Anybody have any advice?

Also, is it true that NI no longer has technical support? I can find it nowhere on their web site, and their old zendesk email address I've used before returns saying it is no longer monitored and provides a link to their "support" page which goes around in circles never answering questions or providing an option to submit a ticket. It DOES provide a link to the KB or to go ask other users HERE. 😑

    Hello,

To contact support for Native Access, follow this link:

    https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/categories/360000053677-Native-Access

Then go to the bottom of the page and click "Login to contact support".

Finally, click the chat icon at the bottom-right.

Now you are dealing with an AI bot. Answer the questions as best as you can.
If the bot can not provide you a solution, you will be connected with a real person.
If no one is available (they work businesses days and hours only), then a ticket will be submitted and someone will contact you by email as soon as possible, usually few hours or maximum 2-3 days, depending on how many tickets are submitted before yours.
