Bought an S8 a few days ago, however the license dint get transfered yet. According to the seller he requested the transfer two days ago. Can you please advise?

The seller can not actually transfer it to you unless he has had support to do it for him , what he can do is to generate a transfer ID that seller then gives to you so that you can add it to your account, please refer to this : Quote Matt_NI : All you need to know about License Transfer
So please ask the seller to generate a transfer ID and to then give the transfer ID to you. Otherwise support might have to have a look and even then : then if the seller rejects a transfer then maybe support can not do it , but that is up to support if you later have to ask them.
