Hi,

Setup:

Windows PC 'Huawei MateBook 14 - 2021 ' (Win11, AMD Ryzen 7, 16 GB Ram)

Traktor 3 Latest Version

Native Instruments Audio 10

Pioneer CDJ2000NXS2 (v1.86)

A&H Xone92

When I'm running Traktor 3 in HID mode on CDJs, phasemeter in Traktor 3 works fine BUT does not work on CDJs. The phasemeter is freezed.

I have changed the scenario and connected all to an old Laptop 'Lenovo U410' (Win10, Intel i5) and phasemeter worked on both screens (Traktor and CDJ HID).

Are there any settings in Traktor 3 I missed to get phasemeter working?

Or is there a hardware issue ?

Thanks in advance

Max

What happens if you change your CDJ to the other type of phasemeter, does that work?

Also none of your tracks have a downbeat, I don't know if that matters but worth testing with. (Also why not have that?)

Other phasemeter type makes no difference, still freeze. Other tracks with different formats did not lead to any change either.

My guess lies in the USB data transfer. But various usb ports / cables have also not led to any success.
