Ah, so it's not an external hard drive? I'm sorry, I'm a little confused. And it could be the reason your new Mac is also confused.

A friend of mine connected a ssd disk to the connector next to the dvd drive. I don’t know if it is an internal or external drive then.

And if you try to reinstall just one product in Native Access, can you open it without it going to demo?

Something strange happens: When in Logic I load an audio instrument, I have a choice between Kontakt, Kontakt 4 and Kontakt 5. If I open Kontakt 5 all libraries are deactivated. However, when I open Kontakt they are all activated……

I probably made a bit of a mess of my system, sorry for that…

Any idea how this is possible????

kontakt without a number is kontakt 6, yeah seems a bit of a mess as you said, one window you showed looked to me even like from the old service center - but i´m not a mac user myself so i can´t really help you further

@Hans Rusche Yes, it does look a little bit messy, I imagine it's probably because you've transferred one system drive to another computer. Could you explain how you did that exactly, step by step? I think my colleagues will need to have a depper look in your system but I would need to have all the necessary info before handing your case to them.

Is there a specific reason to stick to 10.13? Most of the current updates of our software are no longer supported. To be sure you have the correct versions for your system, then check this article: Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS

Also what model is your new Mac? Is it an Apple Sillicon one? Did you downgrade the OS?

    Hi Jeremy,

I still use 10.13 because then I can acces all my libraries , which are on different disks. I already installed Sonoma and Logic 11 on a seperate disk, but I am not sure that I can acces all these drives when I load an old project in Logic 11.

Did you see my question about Kontakt 6? All libraries are activated now, but as soon as I use Kontakt 5 or 4, they are not…..Of course I am happy about that, but it's strange……

If I want to order Kontakt 7 and the Acoustic Sunburst the Luxe, will I be able to use it in 10.13 and Logic 10.4.8?

And what happens with the other libraries?

Ok, thanks. I really have to find a way to make a smooth transition to Sonoma and Logic 11 then.

Maybe I'm mistaking, but I have the feeling that I must re-arrange my whole system then…..
