Hello @Jeremy_NI ! It’s almost getting 24 hours now I still don’t have the serial number. Please provide the serial number now asap. I am also attaching the screenshots in your message box which shows it’s been paid & Native Instruments accepting it as well. Please provide the serial number now ASAP. Thanks.

If this is not resolved, I’d suggest refund via PayPal and once the money is back on your account (which might take a while) - order again from NI.
