Traktor Streaming
Is there any real prospect of integration with a mainstream streaming service such as Tidal or Apple Music? This may not be a high priority for pro DJs but the S2 controller Ipad app are clearly targeting the amateur market however, lack of a mainstream streaming service is letting down what is otherwise a great setup for the purpose.

You can only use tracks that you bought in the Apple music app.
If you want to stream music there is Beatport and Beatsource.

In your screenshot you tried to load a .m4p file. It is the ending for DRM protected MPEG4 files as iTunes Music store sold them in the early days. As Fairplay DRM is closed source and not really licensed to others these files work only in Apple Software.

Beatport and Beatsource are both shops where you can buy individual files, but they also both have streaming services that are supported by Traktor.
Beatport streaming : 16 USD/month
Beatsource streaming: 13 USD/month
You need a plan that supports "DJ Platform Integrations". You can test it for 30 days.
You can create playlist on the website or app and then should be able to see and play them in Traktor. I think. I never used it.
My advice: try to avoid streaming and buy the tracks.

hi, ok, now that ive bought TP3 and now know I can't use Soundcloud…. it shows on that Apple Music can be streamed from a playlist I make in there. BUT, ive only imported 3 tracks and so far they all say that they can't be recognised because of an ID tag error???
How do I correct this? OR Is there any streaming music apps I can use please?Thank you

that red line at the bottom… it shows to do this on the "support/how to" on NI TP3 (but doesn't look the same irl):

Ok… I admit I don't understand a lot - most of what you're saying 😅 I was just following the instructions on how to play from Apple Music…. but yeah, it seems I have to buy any track I would like to play… I looked at Beatport.. it also seems to be a dj app?? It's less expensive than beatsourse, however, it doesn't tell me what currency its in 🤦♀️
I have found NI to be quite confusing in a lot of areas tbh… I'm just trying to find my feet here…
