Komplete 14 products not showing in service center after providing serial several times

Hello there,
I had Komplete 14 working on my mac no problems, and after Native Access updated itself including NTKDaemon suddenly, all products such as Battery and Komplete disappeared and I was downgraded to Komplete 7! Even some libraries are showing up at demos. I have tried reinstalling Native Access and provided a serial number several times but nothing helped.
Any ideas what I could try?

what is your exact os and what version of native access do you have installed. Have you tried this:
