Not the same sounds

Hello,
I've purchased Picked Nylon and I've a problem when using Picked Nylon melody.
When in virtual keyboard, it sounds great but with midi keyboard, it's very poor.
No matter with pattern session (and other NI instruments I used: Yangqin, Ethereal Earth, Irish harp…), it sounds the same with both.
Can you help me?😯

    What's your setup? What's your operating system? Is it in standalone, in a DAW? What soundcard are you using and with which settings?

    OS:Windows 10 pro
    Soundcard: UA-4FX
    I use both standalone and in a DAW (Reaper, Cakewalk) and the problem remains the same in the two cases: the sounds are the same when clicking with the virtual or playing with external keyboard when in pattern session but not when using the Picked Nylon melody.
    I use the same material with other instruments of NI or with Pianoteq and Organteq and they work good.
