Hi, never exprerienced this before: Out of the blue Kontakt can´t find files when opening Projects. It says "147 libraries missing" when I try to relocate all. Disc with samples is connected. The strange thing is: The missing "libraries" are all Waves Plugins. Would be so grateful, if anybody had an idea! Thanks!

That's a bug in Native Access. For some reason it reports third party NKS stuff as missing, even when they're not libraries. Scroll down the list and see if any Native Instruments libraries are showing as missing, they're the only ones you need to worry about. If you see missing NI libraries relocate those and ignore the Waves ones.

Maybe show us your Preferences dialog so we can see your install paths.

And I am confused - one minute you say "Kontakt" is having a problem and now we are back into Native Access - which is it - exactly?

On the surface - this error makes no sense as NA and Waves have zero to do with each other and even less as far as caring about where each is installed.

This is clearly an NI message which is (for reasons unknown) "referencing" Waves products. Which makes me think something else is going on with your install paths.

This error makes absolutely no sense, right. I did´nt change anything in the preferences, it worked yesterday, today, without changing anything, it did not work.

Well - those look normal. If it worked yesterday and not now - it could only be a "timing" (disk enumeration) issue.

As a test - exit out of all things NI. Then unplug that samples drive and restart your machine.

When the machine is back up and settles down after the reboot - plug in the samples drive - make sure it can be seen by the OS and then try Kontakt or NA again.

    Update when you can.

    Disc with samples is connected

Just to be absolutely clear on this then the N.I. libraries that are present and the missing "libraries" are they all located at the same drive or at two different drives ?

They are all mon the same drive.

Thank you then that makes it rather unlikely that it should be a general disk issue.

Thanks for your help - I started Native Access without the disk with the library connected and then I could relocate it. Still said "147 libraries missing" - all Waves, but now it worked!
