    I mean, logically, any summer sale begins around June, so you should wait a month or 2...

    And besides, there is already 50% discount for Kontakt Full version.

    It is on the main page of Native Instruments website.

    I fancied the Noire Piano but since it's bundled in the Standard it doesn't make sense to buy it on its own, then the Standard pack later. So I think it makes better financial sense to wait until the Kontakt Standard sale in June.

    Last years Summer of Sound 2023 started May 25, 2023

    At the N.I. sales then typically not all offers might be available from the start , some offer don't kick in until later, some offers only lasts for a shorter period of time and some offers last the whole sale. But all is also happening on the fly, meaning that N.I. has also been seen to extend some offers ! But on the other hand then e.g. hardware has been seen to become out of stock items !

    In short then come back and check once in a while also when the sales have actually started 🙂

    I was thinking of the Noire Piano which is bundled with the Standard pack. The pack says the normal price is £149, yet if you go to the page is says it's £129 so that's an error on their part I guess.

    The question is: If people buy Noire then if they get the Standard pack later aren't they getting less of a bargain?

    As far as I am concerned then buying anything that is part of Komplete Standard is a waste of money if you later are going to buy Komplete Standard. Of course you later can sell any licenses you buy separately in the N.I. Forum Buy / Sell / Trade but I couldn't say what you can sell for.

    Fact is that while I think that there might be cross-grades offers if you have e.g. Kontakt then no matter how many expansions that you buy separately then as far as I know then that is not earning you any discounts on the bundles.

    Bright side is that when you buy a bundle then the savings are big compared to the added price of buying the individual products 🙂

    I think discount is only if you own Kontakt or lower version of Komplete bundle.

    I was wondering whether to wait for the sale, or get something from Spitfire as I like their stuff too (if not their politics.)
