The seller does not want to transfer Maschine license, what do I do?

Hello everyone.
I just bought a Maschine MK3 and the seller now refuses to give me the serials for both Maschine soft and Komplete select. What I can do?

    I'm assuming he's refusing the transfer because he wants to keep the software. Point him at this page - https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/210288845-Buying-or-Selling-a-Native-Instruments-Product-Second-Hand. It explains the serial transfer process, and also says very clearly that he will keep the software that came with the hardware. What he gives you is a "Transfer ID", not the serial numbers.

    I told him exactly that, but he doesn't understand why. Normally I only buy in hand, but this time it was through wallapop. The seller no longer answers. Do I have any option to install the software? I have the serial number of the maschine mk3

    You need to contact NI support about this. They might be able to help you with software license or (worst case scenario), you will need to purchase a license for Maschine 2 software.

    If seller has screwed you and refuses to transfer the serial then that's it (you are screwed) (there was another case like that recently)

    Otherwise then :

    The "resolution that works" is the click through make the right choices to open a ticket : N.I. Account Support

    (You need to use browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work)

    Scroll down to bottom of page N.I. Account Support and log in

    Then click the Contact support

    Then again scroll down and click the Contact N.I. support that shows

    Then yes , damn it ! , then you have to click the Contact N.I. support again

    I Can't contact the seller

    8 Please upload a photo of the invoice or receipt from the seller.

    You have to take the rest from there yourself since I can not start opening empty tickets just to make a guide for you.
