Problem with traktor PRO3 with S4MK2 slowing down music

I'm running Traktor pro3 latest version with S4 MK2 latest firmware version available

Use a laptop MSI Raider GE78hx I9 24cores 64GB ram DDR5 Samsung 990 PRO solid state drives

While playing a gig studently music slows down sounding distorted the only way to recover shut down traktor and restart, append a couple times during performance, one of the times require full laptop shutdown and restart .

Any fix available, or any way to avoid this issue?

Hello!

Due to the specifications of your PC I think its best to talk directly with a specialist in our support team, normally this type of issues can be due to a low buffer size/High sample rate but its better to take a closer look.
