Does anyone know how i can get a license transfer for a used maschine bought from Guitar Center?

Bought a used maschine mk1 from guitar center yesterday, when i go to the register the serial in native access it says its already regiistered to another account. When i called guitar center they said they dont have a transfer ID or really have anyway to help. I submitted a support ticket already but just wondering if anyone on here has any advice.

    Support ticket is the only way to get it resolved...no one here has access to account info or the ability to "Unlock" the previous registration...
