Traktor s4 is connected to my pc but I cant control anyting with traktor as non of the button funtio

Hello,

I would be really happy if you can help me since I couldnt find any solution.

My Traktor s4 is connected to my pc, the master ligth is on without blinking but I cant control anyting with traktor as non of the button function. What might be the problem?

Could you please assist me with that?

    start software first and afterthat, start the S4

    unfortunately this does not solve the problem.
