What does Maschine Jam TS Edit option do? That is, the white lettering above the 'F' button. I can't find anything in the manual or anything online describing what it is used for.
@mtamayo Well, it doesn't do anything at all. It was supposed to be a feature to edit the behaviour of the touch strip that would come after release but, for some reason, it never saw the light.
So Jeremy does the TS Mode button on the S49 and others like it do anything?
Yeah, it's a bit embarrassing, I must admit.
I'm not sure what you mean here, there isn't such a button on our keyboards. There is a way to edit the touch strip behaviour on S series Mk1 keyboards if that's what you are refering to.

@D-One
Does that mean, that this button could be used for something usefull instead, if not used so far? If proper scripts are modified.... I know you do not have Jam so cannot test it....
Yeah, it's possible... The part of the code that attaches functions to Shift + whatever is fairly simple but without the controller I am not the best person to figure out what would be useful and test it as you said.
Jam has the On-Screen-Display which complicates things a bit.
I remember a while back someone made some tweaks for Jam way more advanced than what I can do and shared it on the Beta, don't remember his/her name to find it or if he/she ever shared it on the public forum.
M+ doesn't have the userbase of the MPC etc, so hacks are not going to happen like that scene.
