Session Percussionist not showing in Komplete Kontrol
So, I purchased Session Percussionist and it's installed in Native Access (windows 11) but not showing in Komplete Kontrol.
I've uninstalled/reinstalled to no avail. The files are in the folder. I don't seem to have the same problem with other NI products installed using Native Access. I've rescanned several times (annoyingly that keeps hanging on 2 ik multimedia plugins (Amplitude and Sampletank).
I'm running the latest version of KK (3.2.1) and Native Access (3.9.1)......

Assuming that this is a problem in the stand-alone version of KK then try the Resetting the Komplete Kontrol Database and if that does not help then try moving the two IK plugins temporarily and then re-scan ! I have the IK SampleTank myself and that gives me zero problems on my old Windows rig ! (I am not sure if I have the Amplitude mentioned so can not vouch for that !)

I have deleted/reset the database, still not showing. The problem is in the plugin and standalone KK.
I have also noticed other soundware missing from KK such as Utopia, I'm sure there are other NI products missing. They are BOTH showing in the standalone version of Kontakt but not KK.
I am puzzled why they have changed how Kontakt shows/works in KK, it's shockingly bad. V2 of KK was much better IMO

A lot of people think that (discussion e.g. here) (I myself finds thinks that we either have to, or will be forced to at some point, moving on to V.3)

As for your problem then since the reset the DB did not work then all I can suggest is that you contact N.I. Komplete Kontrol Support and have them fix the problem !

Unfortunately, I need KK3 for my KontrolMK3.
I have submitted a ticket but my experience of "support" is that they are slow at best and today, the 2nd reply I got after 4 hours was an CUT and PASTE copy of the previous response apart from asking me to screen record me deleting the database and user file?? Talk about a waste of time......
1 missing piece of NI software is an anomaly, 2 or more is something a little more broken in KK IMO.

Get you loud and clear on this , but that's mostly how support works. At least then once N.I. acknowledges if there is a bug then I think that chance is good that they are going to get it fixed ! Another company (not N.I.) where I had more problems with something that they had sold me then they took, I think , 2-3 years to acknowledge that a download problem were not in my end - even after a video recording delivery, and then they as far as I know still didn't even ever fix it ! (problem not impacting enough users = no fix !)(not the only such case I had with that company !)
Hope that N.I. recognize that there is a problem and that you get your issue fixed relatively soon !

I have worked out that the 2 missing bits of software are the LAST 2 that I purchased and installed. I've uninstalled/deleted the KK folder but there is clearly something going on in the new version. All of my previously installed software is there, it's all there in Kontakt but the last 2 I installed are missing from KK

Sometimes it is impossible to tell what is a Native Access app problem and what is a Native Access servers side problem !
