Question

Have a new laptop and I can't get the software to work in Wasapi Exclusive mode when using my S2 Mk3. In exclusive mode the audio loads and runs but i can't monitor on my headphones. Haven't checked the output as yet as I'm not using the master outs at the moment. In shared mode the audio plays and i get monitoring in the headphones but the audio glitches often. I haven't come across this problem before. Also the audio indicator on the software is orange and not white. I've actually recorded a couple of sets and the glitching audio doesn't happen in the records so I am assuming the master outs are fine. Any ideas how to get exclusive mode working correctly?

Sounds like a routing issue inside Traktor setting assuming you’re using the headphone from the S2. Not a Windows user so I can’t speak to the drivers side, but there’s a section to select your audio device I think and another page to set your output, monitoring, and recording outputs.
