Only the Kontact Player and NOT the Kontact full version 5 show up in Komplete Kontrol

This is quite frustrating. With the latest Komplete Kontrol I cannot load the full version of Kontakt. This, of course, means that a huge part of my sample libraries can no longer be accessed via Komplete Kontrol. The only Kontakt version that shows up is the Kontakt 7 Player. Because of this, most of my libraries are then loaded as running in Demo mode.

Has anybody else seen this issue and have a resolution?

N.I. have the the NI reg tool which I do not know how great it is. But other than that then I will recommend using the 'forced uninstall' function of Revo Uninstaller Pro (part of paid version) !

What do the products appear like in Native Access ? Native Access version ? Computer type ? OS version ?

Thank you for at least asking for additional details. I am running Windows 10. I have an NI S88, I assume it is a MKS1 since I bought it at least 6 years ago.

Thank you for the info. Since the products looks OK in N.A. then it does not appear to be a problem with N.A..

Also , I don't think that S88 Mk1 works with KK 3.x.x. and the S88 Mk2 were launched 27th September 2018. (Kontrol S-Series Mk1 has been declared EOL now !)

I don't know if more player versions can somehow disturb functionality. but you could try Resetting the Komplete Kontrol Database or if that does not help then try to revert to Komplete Kontrol 2.9.6 - Last VST2 supported version

I did go back to the previous Komplete Kontrol per your suggestion. Initially that made no difference. I then deleted both Kontak 6 and 7. Oddly, the uninstall of Kontakt 7 left tons of files and registry entries. I cleared out everything I could find. Even after resetting the Komplete Kontrol database, Kontakt 7 still shows up in Komplete Kontrol and Kontakt 5 is not listed. However, I am now able to load up Full Kontakt libraries by using the File Browser. Kontakt 5 then automatically loads.

Did you run the Windows Uninstall on Kontakt 7 or just delete files and registry entries?

I ran the uninstall and when it still showed up, I looked for files on the system. This is a very large system and I could have missed some. I then figured I would just nuke the registry entries that referred to the program.
