Changing Kit in Battery 4 VST3 crashes Cubase 13

As the title says, if you change the kit in Battery 4 using it in VST3 mode, Battery either crashes. Sometimes it just dies but sometimes it crashes Cubase as well. I'm using Yurt Rock kits, so they are not large kits (16 pads). Those kits work fine in Battery 4 as a Standalone mode and I can change kit as many times as I like in Standalone mode.

Windows or macOS?

I just loaded it in Cubase 13 (latest update, so do check if it has been fixed by that as well) on Windows 11 and changed kits 30 times. Didn't crash.

I don't have any Yurt Rock kits, so I can't check to see if it may have something to do with the patches there.

Same behavior for me - Cubase 13.3 with Battery 4.3

The kit doesn't seem to load with all the samples then if you change kits I a buffer freeze sound and Battery crashes Cubase back to Windows.
