I’m trying to download my expansions but l keep getting a message to install a disk but l noticed the expansions are downloaded to my maschine software. Some kits and sounds are also there but l’m not sure if all the samples were downloaded. Why is it asking for a disk? I would appreciate any advice.

Hi PK thanks for responding my PC (Surface pro 7) has 8 gb of ram and 133 gb of free space. I noticed even if l get this disk message error the file folders and all the expansion content was downloaded, strange. So l will continue to download the rest of them and check to see if all the data is there.

    Pease provide some useful information:

Are you using Mac or PC? What operating system is the computer using?

Which version of Native Access do you have installed?

Which expansions are you trying to download?

Where are you seeing the message? What exactly does it say?

After Native Access downloads content, during the install process it creates a temporary drive on your system, puts the files there, then runs the executable. Afterwards, this gets deleted.

Maybe it's unable to create the temp drive (security?) or maybe the space available is not large enough.

How much RAM do you have? How much free space do you have on your drive(s)?

For you to put better screenshots here then there is a PrtScn button on your keyboard , using that will place a screenshot of your desktop into the Windows clip-board . Then insert that directly into your post here or into a free program like IrfanView and use click and drag to select what image part that you want followed by Ctrl+Y or simply use image as is and then save it for later use here or somewhere else !
