I've had Komplete 13 (update ver) and I just bought komplete 14 ultimate
but part of my instruments's authoriziations are disappeared in my native access
I can find the licenses in my account on web but it doesn't work in app
how can I fix this?
Standard attempt to fix is to :
Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads),
Then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access
Oops ! Sorry for the too fast 'hip shot' which though neither a misfire nor wrong then still not complete , so If the XML file reset didn't fix then also try the section 2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens , here
