Opening Logic Pro files that crash

Bonjour, je suis sur Mac mini M1 2020 et tout est à jour, je suis sur Sonoma.

J’ai ce problème à l’ouverture de certains fichiers Logic Pro.

Je clique d’abord j’ai : « Impossible d’ouvrir le fichier car son format n’est pas correct »

Je clique sur Ok,

Ensuite j’ai : « Module manquant pour l’appareil Komplet Kontrol S Series » voir photos çi joint.

J’ai essayé les aides suggérées par Apple dans ce cas, et rien n’y fait.

Je vous remercie pour votre aide !

    In the end, I had a problem with those damn Pcloud and Icloud which corrupted the files, it seems to me that's it.

    First step would be to make sure that Logic and Komplete Kontrol have full disk access: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

    Then deleting this file when Logic is closed:

    Macintosh HD/Users/Username/Library/Preferences/com.apple.logic.pro.cs

    Note: the User Library folder is hidden. To access it, click on Go in the menu bar and press down the Alt key. You'll now find the Library entry in the menu:

com.apple.logic.pro.cs
I don't have it in preference.
Access is not the same for me.

    Hello, I finally downloaded the logic pro projects that I had on dropbox as a backup and it works except that I still have the missing module komplet kontrol window which appears.

    I also did this procedure but it didn't solve the problem :

    @Fredooo The Logic cs file is in the user library, not the local one. Again: the User Library folder is hidden. To access it, click on Go in the menu bar and press down the Alt key. You'll now find the Library entry in the menu:

    Thanks Jeremi, I didn't quite understand, especially the Alt touch. I found the file and deleted it. And it works. I no longer have the “missing komplet kontrol module” window. Perfect. Thanks.

    I have a question, are there any users of Pcloud and do they have problems with it? Corrupted files with? (Or I "tampered" and "tinkered" so much that I corrupted certain files by doing too many manipulations).

    Can i trust Pcloud ?

    And activate a permanent backup in real time. Pcloud told me to save once the file was finished... But, the support was not clear because they did not really know how to tell me the truth (he just told me that as a precaution) because they had not received any feedback on logic pro files. But it's annoying to activate and deactivate the backup each time...

    Dropbox synchronized Logic pro files very well for me in real time without problem.

    @Fredooo Well, I don't really know what Pcloud is but I imagine it's a cloud based storing/backup utility. What I can say is that can be a source of problems with our products (and other music software) as these rely on physical spaces and locations on your computer. I would recommend not to sync these files with a cloud service.
