I am buying a new Collectros 14 .Packiets is not available in my Nativ Access.

Hey i Buy a new Pakiet of Collectors 14(ProductSerial NumberPlugin Alliance Bundle for KOMPLETE 14 COLLECTOR'S EDITI).

In my NI account packiets is activ in my products but in Nativ Acces the Pakiet is not available ..I have only few of instruments?? Please for intervention :)

Komplete, is a bundle of instruments, effects and libraries, and those are the ones you see in your Native Access. There is no reference to Komplete itself.

Here is a list of what is included in Komplete 14 Collectors Edition, if you see those in your Native Access, you are ok.

Please do not post serial numbers or screenshots containing serial numbers here , I deleted your post because I were unable to remove the attachment !

I am a user that has been granted a Moderator role in the forum so I can delete posts. Users that are not Moderators can not delete posts , at least not presently , though most is able to edit their posts at least after having been users for a while !
