Sync problem TP3

Hello people, i guess its a just a triple but I can't fix it,

when I sync first track of the deck , and its goes for exemple +4%, every next loading of a another track it stays at +4% but no originaly tempo (anyway sync button is on or off)

I want to every next loading of a track is at 0%, for sure, with a sync button is off.
