So I have this Problem and I don't know how to fix. It says that the controller is registered but when I go to "my Products" it doesn't appear.
Try disabling any any adblocker plugins (ghostery, ad blocker plus etc...) or just use another browser that doesn't have them installed. The NI website doesn't work very well with those plugins.
There's an error at the top of the screen that indicates the registration did not occur.
