My account was hacked and they changed the email address, now I can't even log in for help
My account was hacked and they changed the email address, now I can't even log in for help. It is ridiculous that there is NO WAY to contact NI for help without logging in when logging in is the first thing that's restricted when this happens. I had to set up a whole new NI account just to attempt contacting anyone. The phone numbers don't work. There's no live chat anymore. What the hell?

😀Thanks Mike, I got a request ticket this way. Pretty silly that the email with the ticket number has "please log in to "My Account":" in it -- uh, if I could, we wouldn't be here like this, would we?
I do see the subject line says "password recovery", but that's not my issue at all. Let's hope I can get the right help.

I guess someone from NI went in and changed the email address back to mine... I changed my password and logged out and back in to Access and this site, and all seems to be ok. But no one actually explained anything about what happened or how it got fixed, so I guess... thanks? Thanks.

It seems like you are in discussion with our team. I'd suggest to make sure the password you are using on your Native ID isn't the same you are using elsewhere.
