I can't get Blocks Base

Hi, Blocks Base can be downloaded from here:

yes, I saw it and did it before. but when I follow the link and click the download button, I am offered to receive a link to Reactor Player to my email. But I already have this but there is no Blocks Base there. how can I get them? They are not available in Native Access either.

Blocks Base are included on Reaktor Player and on Komplete Start too.
Maybe you already have them but on some other folder? Check your Reaktor, open Preferences --> Directories to see which paths are configured there

Now it says (on the page that you linked to) : "Blocks Base is available as part of Blocks Prime."
As far as I can tell then maybe N.I. changed more things when they recently 'neutered' Komplete Start (?)

Indeed it says that, good catch. It was not like that, at least until around August / September, but, if they always change those kind of things, how anyone can be sure?

Right you are , but worst is that they did not update pages accordingly so a lot of places it would still say that people could get this or that while suddenly they couldn't. I have been rather confused by the whole thing myself. Previous time I looked then it even still said somewhere that people could get the base blocks for free so while I thought the opportunity gone I still had to tell the person to ask support if the person could get the base blocks for free cause the page said so at that time. By now N.I. might have updated more pages but I can not be bothered to traverse through it all , after all I do not work though it may feel like that sometimes 😉 😁

Bottom line is: Better don't do anything and don't ask anything, during a "sales season"! 😂

so what is the result? Can this be regarded as some kind of deception on the part of the company?
after all, at the time of purchase it was actually said that the Reactor Player includes Blocks Base. Is it possible to contact the company directly and ask this question?

If you want to contact support then you can do so .

And when you are logged in then you can see present prices on your Komplete Offers on this page !
